The county office is covering up employee's activity

This office is covering up their employee’s activity. This employee (she) stole city info from county computer that she does not represent, and then harass, seniors, low income, disable, and unemployed families everyday with her job title. Supervisor doesn't do anything about it. She is still work at this location and keep continue to harass family as if it is a joke. This office should close down or they should fire the bad employees.
