Paul Nishanian, an employee at the Lorain county auditor's office, does not deal well with the public. Part of Nishanian's job is to answer emails from the public. I am a tax payer in Lorian county, and at various times, I have emailed the auditor's office with some questions / concerns. Sometimes, it takes several follow - up emails, to get a response from Nishanian. Sometimes, even after several follow - up emails, I will get no responses at all, from Nishanian. There have also been times that the reponses that I have finally been given from Nishanian are incorrect.

As a public agency, the Lorain county auditor's office has an obligation to serve the tax payers of Lorain county. Paul Nishanian should not be working in a government job dealing with the public when he lacks the skills / professionalism to do so.

Mark Stewart, the Lorain county auditor, needs to take a look at what is going on in his agency, and get rid of the people in his office who do not do their jobs. Civil service, or not, people who do not do their jobs properly, should be made to be accountable for their performances.
