Eaders take heed not for the weak beware of this landlord I live at 1 of their property's southview towers in rochester ny which offers sub. Rent for 72 of the 200 units that are it also is a hud building i moved in in 2007 and it no time was i informed that thier were unliveable conditions at this propery which inclued bed bugs.
The landlord at the time was tony who never disclosed that their were bedbugs thought the entire building, the bugs are on people's clothes so when their are 7/10 peolple on the elevator if somone has them most likey they will tranfer to others, sitting on chair's both in lobby and comuntity room, crawling on the carpets, going up the hallway walls, getting them from the laundry room ect...
Spoke to manager and was told since i was allready sprayed once that i will be billed for extermation which is contract thur target stores with mayzon this is bs, since the bugs are everywhere they instist it's not a building issue and would like to see their building name changed to bugview towers well aleast i still have some humor about this since i now sleep in my living room on a lawnchair and have lost over $300.00 alone in clothes and just 3 days ago my only bed since i cant affored i being on ssi disabled Renter's beware!!!: (
