The people who was talking about silvertooth M3 International are not lying this company is a rip off and is not good from business, do not get caught up in this they are fast talkers and will get you real interested like its all good, but no i am a victim of this right now i answered to the ad on friday in a greensheet inwhich it says CRAZY OFFICE receptionist needed to help in fun new office call Amy 214-553-1191 an Amy dont even exist and i was told to come in for an interview on monday morning.
I came in and was interviewed by a young man who was not very professional with a durag on his head. The interview was real stupid it asked questions that was real irrelevent for example if you was one of the seven dwarfs which one would you be? It dont matter how you answer the question your going to get chosed to come back for a second interview. You have to ask what is the company about if not you want know nothing. On the second interview silvertooth talks about how he is a multi-millionaire and basicly where he come from and the three stages you go through on training sales, marketing, manager, Sr. Manager, director, Sr. Director, administrator, owner. After the orientation they give you a time to call back about thirty minutes after you leave orientation to see if you make it to the next day. So i was told to come back on saturday we was gon start in the field on selling the perfume/cologne and on that day i came and we sat in a so called juice room where we talked and chatted little chats that were real stupid. Then they paired us up with people who have made it to the second stage which are so called managers training us to go out and merch so they called it what made it so kidding is that the people in training drove they car the trainers have no type of transportation of their own. My car was taken around Texas selling perfume/cologne no gas was afford are nothing my car was on empty when we returned and the perfume/cologne we sold the money went to him he only takes cash. I received a busted cherry paper award for selling one bottle of perfume.
They also have the nerves to con you on going on a business trip leaving on Sunday morning returning on thursday or friday morning and want the trainers and other people pile up in your car, but they will not tell you where you are going no one have a clue until that sunday morning. Well im not going to find out because i am not going and i am not putting miles on my car eventhough he gives you a hundred dollars for taking your car. A hundred dollars want pay nuthing if your car tear up. Matter of fact on this day a new person car tore up while he was out merching (saling perfume/cologne) silvertooth didnt even offer to help the guy, silvertooth sent another training person to pick them up and the dude who car messed up quit he was smart that was the right thing to do he was receiving gas are anything.
This company really need to be looked into (investigated) because its a scam a man getting over on people and its a shame for the individuals who have been there for about two weeks are weak minded they are still broke with no cars and barely have enough money to get by and they look up to him like he is GOD inwhich he really needs to be stopped.individuals should not be allowed to scam and get over on individuals for their well-being its just wrong.
