In October "08" I received a fine with court cost included! I offered to pay it that day but the clerk of courts (under the watchful eye of Ann Thornburg Weiss) told me to "wait because we are not sure of the totals yet"
I waited (and called) but 30 days passed and still no invoice. Then I received notice that a Judgment had been recorded against me!
Not only should I have been given a bill to pay (which I had the money to pay) but I should have been given a day in court to plead my case and work out payment options!
But not in Montgomery county Pennsylvania they just Lien you without notice!
This has caused my credit score to suffer, my credit lines have been lowered, and the interest rates raised costing me thousands, And I should have had a chanced to pay prior to this happening!
Worst of all my ability to support my child has suffered because of you Ann Thornberg Weiss. Do you like hurting children Ann Thornberg Weiss.
I tried to talk to Ann Thornberg Weiss employees but a friendly bunch they are not! In fact I overpaid my fines and had to go in there with a calculator and argue with a woman for 10 minutes to get that fixed
I just can't believe being a Landlord ans seeing how hard it its to try and get a judgment against someone who has harmed you is! Yet Ann Thornburg Weiss gets them with without even sending a Bill!
Once again this is government at it's finest! (A government of the government for the government that will squash you like a bug every changes they get so they can protect their jobs and big fat pension's
Ask yourself Ann are you part of the problem are solution?
