I was contacted by Weiss who was going to see me two malteses for $410. I sent the money via western union after speaking to his contacts; Nancy Taylor and his shipping agency, camasur airways, manager Atang Luis. I sent the money to Elvis Nkeng.
I was then told that they needed more money because of vet bills and that the shipping agency already paid and I needed to reimburse them. So I sent $150 to Mark Kennedy.
I was then told that the puppies arrived in Paris and that they needed a license and that it would cost $216 but Weiss said he would cover $116 and I sent another $100 to Weiss Smith who works for Kinkos Puppy Shop. I was given an itinerary that the puppies would arrive and they never came!
Since then Atang has written me saying he did not know what happened but he is losing his job. I have spoken with a lot of people who have been contacted by either Nancy, Elvis, Bill Jason, and Weiss.
