This what I is what I sent to Jefferson/200Cash, how nicer could I get.
I am sending you this correspondence if reference to a loan. I filled out an application for a loan with your
company, Jefferson Cash Advance and was not granted the loan. However, I found out later when looking at my bank account statement there was a charge of $19.00 for an application processing fee by 200Cash.
So I contact them and told them I did not apply for a loan with their company and I would like to have my account credit $19.00, since I had no knowledge of them. After surfing the web I found out they are apart of you company. When I applied for a loan with Jefferson Cash Advance there was no fee and your company had no right to take my application without notifying me and give it to another company. Then charge me a fee for a loan I did not receive by Jefferson Cash Advance or 200Cash. The reason for this letter is to let you know I have been treated very unfairly by your company.
Why am I been charged? The point is please reimburse my checking account the $19.00 that is due to me. I have
contacted 200Cash and they said they have an application I filled out and the reason is your company gave them my
application. Please reimburse my checking account.
