I was just charge for something I never received. 6/15/09 my poor little debit card was charged $94.28 I dont have much money and was looking to buy my husband a father's day trip. I never received any kits. I went to the bank, cause i didn't know what this charge was for. I called the number the bank gave me. This women said "Would you like to cancel the service?" I said" What service?" She took my name, zip code, and email address. And said" An email will be sent to me nofitiy of my cancellation." It ain't HERE! Just like my KITS! Any solutions out there for me? Do I really need to cancel my debit card? Do I stop payment at the bank?
