When I moved in 12, the Coves had pleasant employees, the grounds were well kept, and responses to problems were timely.in May the pools went to swamps, and were closed more then they were open, the fountains in front of the building were like a pond with green scum, trash started to build up.in November we all got notices that the water was being shut off due to non payment by the management. The grounds keepers were running around taking the notices off the apartment doors, so we would not find out. Many of the employees began to be rude, and disrespectful, rumor had it they were not being paid. Complaints about animal feces not being picked up by other tennants were fruitless. Dog Poop was all over the complex.
Now here we are in March, and we are headline news, right after we all pay our rent for March, we see on the news, they are going broke, and we could be evicted, the water will be shut off, and no one is ever at the office. They do not answer the phones to ask questions about what us as tenents can expect. Some of us have leases, we are suppose to pay our rent on time, or pay late fees, but we do not know from one day to the next if we will have a place to live or any water. It is impossible to live somewhere without water, and get ready for work, cook, clean, do our laundry, yet they want their rent paid on time. Many of us want out, we are sick of the lies, and the questionable ethics of the management. Help
