I can see in my neighbors bath they can see mine

I have been living at Latrims for two years now and there is nothing ever done when you send in a maintenance request. My latest is the tiles are falling out of my bathroom and they have been coming to fix it since summer but on one has. I have a hole in my tile and you can see right into my neighbors restroom and they can see into mine. I am not comfortable in my own home. If you are late with their money they will get around there quick to put a notice on your door but will not show up to fix things. My privacy is invaded and I need to find out what legal steps I can take against this company.
