I was a tennant for two & a half year of the chapelridge of jackson in jackson ms. After living there into my second year the maintenace guy & i became friends nothing personal, the apartment manager did not like that so she fired him & began to give me outragous sitation's. I went & spoke with her asking that i buy out of my lease due to the tourment she told me no. I asked if i could allow my godbrother to take up the lease due to her personal issues with me she said yes. I completed the lease upon the ending of my lease my rent was always payed on time never late when i searched for other residents she would lie to the company stating that i left the apartment with charges which was a lie so i contacted her she gave me a print out and kept my $300.00 deposit stating damages with $145*3 but not specific's because it was all false $441.00 for turning in keys on a date tha she made up i turend in the keys jan 31 lease was up feb 1 please do not deal with the lynd company the will rip you off i'm seeking an attorney now none of the charges she can give an explanation for & will not release cooperate number please do not deal with the lynd company
