Do not rent from this crazy old man he's nuts. I Rented a duplex from him for a year at first it didn't seem to bad but he kept adding things to the lease. The first night we moved I n we caught him peeking in the windows. Before I could get dressed he was gone so I gave him the benefit of the doubt
My wife and I both worked so we were gone during the day in the evenings when we got home it just didn't seem right things were moved or drawers were rearranged. Just the overall feeling someone had been there one time he came in and changed all the light bulbs to 50 watt bulbs. He would unscrew the light in our carport. We were stuck in a 1 year lease.
Three months after we moved in I had a heart attack. And was not able to go to work I came home on a Saturday and bright an early Monday I heard someone trying to open the carport door but the screen was locked next I heard the front door as I reached for the door it opened and there stood Max Watson keys in the lock I startled him and the first words out of his mouth were what are you doing home.
After that he would come up with the stupidest reasons to come in and I started blocking him from coming in this pissed him off then it was talk of evicting us said he could smell smoke in the house I told him I could smell it too it came from his kids smoking pot. He came by once to check the electronic sprinkler control in reality he went threw the laundry and tool my wife's panties at least that explained what was happening to them
We couldn't get any help from the so called police as his brother in law is the chief of police. He stole a ton of stuff from me changed the locks just because I told him I was moving due to a temporary separation from my wife he even tried to get a title in his name for my car we ended up going to court I won the right to get my stuff he was entitled to the last months rent.
He had taken anything of value and stuff that wasn't he is a liar and a thief and a pervert But on Sunday he sits in church playing the good Mormon I thought about contacting his Bishop to see if he could get my wife's undies.
Please don't miss interrupt what I'm saying Max Watson is a liar a pervert and a thief as well as a cheat. And I would not piss on him to save his life and I'm not saying he's a thief because he's Mormon, He's a thief because he's a scumbag
The duplex was located at 8575 s. W Messa Dr sandy, UT 84092 He lives at the end of the street brown house on 86oo So and Messa Crazy old b*st*rd even gets pissed if someone puts a yard sale sign on the corner
