On December first at about one P.M. I had made a call to the Municipal Courts in River Falls wisconsin to simply find out a court date so i could properly apear with no confusion. When i called the courts the Deputy Clerk Cindy Mckahan answered the phone. I began stating that i dont know wich court date to appear for and she (Cindy) immediatly offered her opinion by saying "maybe you shouldnt have so many tickets." i Politly answered with "i dont think thats the point". Calmly trying to move on. I began discussing the tickets and she (Cindy) Could not help but to cut me off again in a lecture about how this is much worse in pierce county and how i should want to deal with the River Falls Municipal Courts instead. With in the lectures she (Cindy) would begin getting out of line with which seemed like her placing her own judgement and morels on me. For a young man who is suppossed to be innocent until provin guilty in the court of law, This one phone call and someones bad attitiude has made me feel that todays court systems are not there to help or even do their jobs. They are there to pass judgement and make the potentially innocent man feel as if he is already guilty and gives the court systmes a bad reputation for these indiviuals actions such as Cindy Mckahan. I hope this complaint will help Cindy and the rest of the River Falls Municipal courts act accordingly with proper ettiquite and correct procedure.
