The anoka county courts do not reqiure genuine signatures for their court cases. The judges give out judgements just because they randomly feel like it. They do not require you to be notified that their is a case against you. Once you find out you've got a judgement against you it will cost you tens of thousands of dollars just to try to get it back to court to clear your record. Anoka county does not like to reverse judgements.
I was in a default judgement case that I never found out about untill three months after they issued the judgement when I got a letter that I had a deault judgement. The company got their public noteries to sign off alledging that they had delivered all the required court documents, it is not the courts job to make sure that they actually did this. They also photocopied my signature on a contract that they used to sue me. They use exhibits in courts that are copies of alledged origionals it also is not the courts job to see origionals with the real signature, they assume that they really do have it.
If you live in anoka county do not sign anything, anybody that has your signature in anoka county can sue you at any time for any reason just because the feel like it and you will not find out about it till it's to late and you find yourself in a legal nightmare.
It is also not a crime in anoka county to forge others signatures in anoka county if the judges ruling goes throgh before you find out about it or have done business with the person forging your signature. After you discover the dishonesty it is still very unlikely that they will be charge them with forgery even if you prove that it is forgery.
Stay out of Anoka County and don't do business in Anoka County to save yourself from an impending legal disaster.
