William Purcell, the CEO of Adare Homes removed a legitimate property management company as the managing agent for Longsview Townhomes and took over the collection of HOA dues personally.
It has come to my attention that he has let the liability insurance on the Longsview Townhomes property (consisting of over 30 units) lapse, thereby putting every homeowner at risk. No-one can buy any units because the mortgage companies refuse to close on purchases because of this, which further devalues our homes below the city average, given the state of the housing market.
We have also had threats of water shut off, and refusal of trash pick-up. I can see this isn't the first time he has scammed someone as evidenced by another consumer complaintss on this site.
