Tom LaBarbera was hired to build a home for me in Genoa Nevada. The home was a million dollor home. It took himm 6 months longer to frame the fome than he said it would. Which cost me tons of money! He would show up one week and not show up for three weeks and he never worked a full day. This person promised us the world. Once the contract was signed it was all bullshit from there on out. What one of my pet peeves was he made mistakes when building the home and always blamed it on someone else. But the cost over runs were his big thing. He charged me over 30% of the original contract for framing. I just wanted people to know what a little scam builder he was. Best of luck! Mark
