I rented a place from Joe Gereghty who claims to be president of the Kiwanis Club of Las Vegas. From day one this scam artist has broken the contract he signed and in fact it has become apparent that hes trying to rip me off for $770. He lied and said he paid an internet service bill for me which cost $70. I paid him the $70 and about a month later he claimed that I owed over $90 for internet services.
After looking at the bill I seen that the first months service which I paid him $70 for was included in that $90 bill. I pointed this out and this scoundrel started hurling racial epithets at me. He also said he would rip off my $700 deposit.
I immediately went to court and filed a lawsuit for fraud. The next day this scum bag Joe Gereghty again used racial epithets and threatened me.
