On October 10th I found an advertising of this company on a weekly vietnamese magazine said that they can bring people from Vietname to the United States as immigrant working employee. Because I had a nephew 25 year old in Vietnam whose family just came to the US one year. His father really wanted him to reunion in America, so I called the number and Aarron Huynh came to my house. He promised he could do anything with the cost $12,000 for a year of working here.
We believed in him as he said he had been doing that bussiness for a long time and he already brought many people to here and he aslo a famous entertainment show organizer for Vietnamese community. Then we signed the paperwork and he needed upfront $6,000 for procedure.
We gave him the money and took a copy of the contract. The contract said he could bring my nephew here after 6-8 months with 3-4 contacts in Vietname for interview.
Then there were no any contact in Vietnam for my nephew, then after 8 months of waiting, we tried to call Aaron Huynh, but he never answered the phone, we used different phones and finally got him, he said just waiting, then there was nothing happened, we had to come to his own restaurant (Jasmine Restaurant 2822 Martin Luther King Jr WaySeattle, WA 98144

He agreed and said that he will refund $6,000 for the next 60 days.
On 5th of July 08, the due date, we called him many times, again he didnot answer the phone. One time we contacted him, and he said to pickup the check at his restaurant, but when we came there was no check at all.
We are so angry and found out he has cheated on many Vietnamese people for the same trick. We want to announce his behavior on Vietnamese local magazines as the warning, but most of them scared of him and they refused to put notice on theirs.
We wonder if that kind of bussiness is illegal, and hope that through this report your company can help us.
We keep all the paperwork with his signature.
