I refinanced my loan with Bank of America a few months ago. I have recently received numerous calls from the loan officer (who is Vietnamese) as well as a letter from her written in Vietnamese not English stating I owe her money. She wants me to send her a check made out to her. I hope that she is not taking advantage of other Vietnamese people.
