The Two of us moved to Florida and rented an apartment at the Springs of Palma Sola. Good thing we had an upstairs unit because the bottom apartments were always being broken into. Very Bad Security, a brand new bike was stolen, random car tires were slashed including mine and the dishwasher for one not once but all of the time the dishes had clean food stuff stuck on them when done, managment never fixed it. The carpets were the cheapest available, we would have them cleaned at our expense 3 times per year with no thanks from the corporate office. After 3 years there couldn't afford to stay there so we had the blessings to leave early which we did but after almost one year did we ever hear from a collection agency saying we owed ton's of money, mind you that apartment was rented 3 weeks after we left. Lousy Business practices they proformed or lack of. Advise from us, before you sign make sure you know what your getting yourself into, i'd have a lawyer look at it first. We did so thats where they went wrong didn't remember my other eyes. Good Luck if need to stay there but look elsewhere, you'll make out even better.
