I am appalled that Joseph "Jay" Paul Ottis has suffered huge losses and personal damages due to one or two individuals including, ROBERT FRANK whose malicious acts of Cyber - Terrorists are an ongoing sickness.
Joseph "Jay" Paul Ottis is a hard working man with a genus level of creative talents. His original works speak loudly as being incredible, all of which are registered in the Library of Congress, Washington, DC.
It never ceases to amaze me that there are people on Planet Earth that are very cruel with such self centered egotistical zeal who calmly and intentionally destroy others.

Maybe the Mormons didn't have enough room in their Temple of God? It was called the "Mountain Meadow Massacre".
The Internet promotes Cyber - Terrorists that stalk and destroy innocent people due to the lack of any laws to protect victims these from sick and demented posters. Recently a 13 year old girl committed suicide because two neighboring adults stalked her and terrorized her with false and damaging postings! The adults were not prosecuted! The 13 year old girl is dead.
I have always marveled at history and how pathetic ignorant souls condemn others whom they are inferior to.
They cause millions of dollars in losses and death to people because they are illogical, malicious and intentional destroyers of those, they choose to attack.
They obviously need mental health counseling and should be prosecuted for stalking and committing terrorist acts. Acts of cyber-terrorists on the Internet are running rampant because our law makers are negligent in their jobs of passing laws to protect American citizens.
It is also amazing that BALDWIN, HACKETT & MEEKS continues to employee ROBERT FRANK knowing that he had been using their computer identifications (e-mails) and (suspect) their equipment to stalk and terrorize someone. An employer keeps a stalker on hire that terrorizes people using computers as his weapon, when computers are the key product of their very business?
Perhaps every business that uses BALDWIN, HACKETT & MEEKS, and or ROBERT FRANK need to be cautious. BALDWIN, HACKETT & MEEKS has certainly kept ROBERT FRANK gainfully employed regardless of his TERRORIST acts against business people in their community.
How can any business trust their work and or information to a company that employee's terrorists and unstable individuals? One slip of a bad comment or mistake and the client become a target for destruction by a terrorist employee.
There has been an escalation of false information added to complaint by suspect ROBERT FRANK due to our rebuttals and postings in defense of Mr. Ottis.
Perhaps, BALDWIN, HACKETT & MEEKS should readdress ROBERT FRANK'S ill activities that they have cautioned him on in the past.
It's possible that BALDWIN, HACKETTS & MEEKS is unaware the ROBERT FRANK ongoing activities. As well as the condemnation of an Atlanta attorney who terminated ROBERT FRANK'S affiliation on his Internet site in 2006 for Cyber-Terrorists activities.
