The information on Joseph Paul Ottis which is found on the Internet regarding Utahs and Ottis is FALSE. Mr. Ottis has attempted to get the information removed by Utah for the past two years. The TRUTH is that Ottis entered a plea agreement settlement under the threat by Utah to prosecute him.
