ROBERT J FRANK - Sly's Hobby Den
(ROBERT J FRANK) Sly's Hobby Den is misrepresenting advertised items, and they have horrible after sales support. Rip-off!

I purchased a Remote Controlled (RC) Truck from Robert J Frank, which he advertised as a New Item. When I received the item I found that the box had been opened. After further investigation I found that the truck had been damaged along with the transmitter.

I contacted Robert J Frank and he took the attitude that I bought it and now it was my problem. When I followed up with second contact he took on a childish attitude and accused me of breaking it and then wanting him to replace the item.

I would expect a business to have a more professional attitude to correcting their mistakes. So I ended up with an item that I had to go back to the manufacture for support.
