Joseph Paul Ottis hired our company to produce a children's TV pilot using false info. He failed to pay and we won AAA Arbitration against him in California Case No. 06c03967. He refuses to pay the court ordered judgement and currently is using that pilot on his website (of which we OWN all the copyrights). Please do your Due Diligence when dealing with him and contact us for any additional info. He also uses fake logos on his site and claims affiliations which are false.
In our case, he said he was affiliated with NASA and used their logo on his site (which was called Globiesworld.com at the time). NASA contacted us and said Ottis did not have any affiliation with them and he was illegally using their logo.
