Community Events, Inc, which is run by Christina Steele-Kurtin is also known as Child Safety, Inc. These two identical companies set up tables outside of businesses (gas stations, Wal-Marts, etc) and sell merchandise in order to raise charity funds for the D.A.R.E. Program. However, only 20% of the funds raised on select items only goes to the program. Officers who run the D.A.R.E. Programs are also in cahoots and get their own slice of pity pie. "Customers" who believe that they are donating to a cause meant for children are, in reality, being ripped off. Their money does not go to support any child or any cause.
