What's the point of the? Pure consumer deception. Homeside Lending a member in good standing over 131 complaints

I don't understand what the point is to have the BBB anymore?

After filing a complaint about a mortgage company, which already had 130 complaints against them, I was basically told that nothing could be done. Hire a lawyer if I wanted to proceed.By the way, the company, Homeside Lending, is still a member in good standing of the BBB. (See their complaint forum.) So the company now has at least 131 complaints against them, but are still a member of the BBB. What a scam.

After reading all the other BBB consumer complaintss on this web site,
any consumer would know, the BBB / Better Business Bureau is a fraud.
