Habitual Violators of Civil Rights

Sheriff Bill Cogbill, and his staff, habitually violate citizen's Civil Rights by:

Entering owner's properties without a warrant;
Intimidate those citizens they stop;
Beat-up citizen's of Sonoma County on an on-going bases;
Continuously conduct warrantless searches and seizures;
Habitually, shoot first and ask questions after the person is deceased, all with the passive approval of the Sonoma County Sheriff, Bill Cogbill.
