That's right folks! Here we go again!
The November 1 issue of the DAILY TIMES, on the front page reads as follows:
FBI probes task force truck deal: Sheriff's office employee apparently involved in transaction for father.
Really? From the so-called "professional, well-trained" Blount County Sheriff's Department? How could that be from a such an upstanding bunch of deralicts?
Seems the center of this underhandedness cirlces around Capt. Ron Talbott this time.
Isn't this the same guy who was so proud of spending 8 years on an investigation where a parcel of property was siezed in Rockford?
I wonder what happened to that piece of land? Was it sold to his sister? How 'bout his brother? Could have possibly been sold to his father so that he had something to go with his truck that he illegally bought.
Is this one of the 30 some odd cars that are missing?
No wonder Captain Ron was so passionate about taking Sheriff Jimbo's side concerning the missing cars at a citizens meeting last Spring.
8 years? 8 years??? 8 som'bitchen years???!!! Unbelievable!!!
