I am reporting a community center which is known as LIGALY which is located at 34 park ave in bay shore. The community center isnt what it used to be. Forover the past 9 years it became a haven for violence, gang recruitment, drugs, & a haven for pedophiles that are under 21 or as well as over 21 & are allowed to volunteer. Cops are there several times a night on their 21 & under club which is from 8-midnight, little or no supervision by the staff & volunteers, drug residue in the bathrooms to putting a youth on a train from penn station back to bay shore while he is having an asthma attack during a field trip last year which include a singer thats moving up named Taborah.
I have tried going to LIGALY's founder David Kilmnick, the town of islip supervisor supervisor nolan and to include LIGALYS financial backers which are the suffolk county youth bureau, town of islip community devlopment agency& the new york state dept of health among a few other businesses. Several youths are willing to testify however, our claims of what goes on there falls on deaf ears. To back up our claim we got the police list reports (howmany times they were there and what they were called for) that go back a little more than 9 years to prove what goes on there is true. Not even the local news people take it seriously since they all "claim" they are close to the news as it gets.
