This company has placed an item on my credit report that has been discharged for over 3 years. I haven't had any personal contact with this Monterey Collections, I just did a consumer inquiry and saw this item placed on my credit report. I plan on contacting this company Monday morning to hear their response after that I will seek legal advice.
