Same problems here. MCI was bad enough and I certainly never dreamed it could get worse. My spouse is incarcerated in Louisiana.in order to receive the calls, families were required to set up an account with MCI Correctionals and keep money on the account to prevent the calls from being blocked. The calls are not allowed to exceed 15 minutes. Although 95% of our calls were 15 minutes, they were all different amounts (ranging from $5.55 to $7.05). On July 17 Global Tel-Link took over MCI's account with the correctional facility. Yesterday, August 3, I put $50.00 on the account. I've received two 15 minute calls since then and according to Global Tel-Link's website, those two calls costs $34.00. Hello... That's $17.00 each!
