We singed our contract with FTH in 23rd Dec We were very happy because that was our first house to buy. But our happiness distoryed when we saw that the sale Person Sheron said lie to us and changed her words about the Tyvec sheet... When we asked about that she said they will put some thing else insted of tyvec sheet sorrund our house then they will put bricks... We visited our house during building each week... But we saw they started to put brick... And ther was no sheet... On the walls... And bricks were completed almost 80 %...
When we talked to sheron about this she said. She dont know about the words she said... We were disapointed because we were concerned very much about energy saving,, and for this we allready put radiant barrier inside for $3500... And for tayvec sheets was not worthed for us... But she said lie that they will put other sheet insted of tyvec... Even though... They didnt bother to call... To any thing. We alwayes went to there office and dissicussed every thing... Long story short... W called the sales persons that we dont wana but the house and want our $15oo back. She never calles us back and I and my Husband calling but they are not giving answer and when ever we called she is saying No problemmm. If you are backe off we will sale that House with more money to other buyer... So, when they will be sale that house that I backed off with mor money... Thas mean they are making more mone on that house... Why the are refusing to give my $1500 back to me... Wat is this... That means they are making money bye saleing the house and bye making fools to customers and making with both hands... And by not refunding the mony... I will talk to them... Again and will try to connect with the Prsident of FTH Mr: Roundle That he will not be rich With customers deposite money... He should Give satisfaction to customers...
