Most tourists that plan on spending their holidays, in Nevada are not aware that a New law will be in effect beginning December 8th. Smoking is now illegal in the casinos, public access areas, all hotel rooms, restaurants and bars. Fines and imprisonment can be imposed on those who don't know about the law or disobey it. People want to enjoy themselves not spend their money in fines, harrassment or imprisonment.
