Do not use USA Bankruptcy associates. Www.usabankruptcyassociates.com. They charge you a fortune to fill out the paperwork, but do not as required by law - sign it.
My case may be dismissed due to this! I have contacted them several times and their only response is pretty much - we don't have to. As a matter of fact the law states:
A bankruptcy petition preparer's failure to comply with the provisions of title 11 and the Federal Rules of
Bankruptcy Procedure may result in fines or imprisonment or both. 11 U.S.C. 110; 18 U.S.C. 156.
I am very frustrated and upset!
