Erin Hall and other social workers kidnap children without court orders or search warrants and then apply for agency Title 4-E Funding from the fede4ral government for their frauds. They then go through court processes to terminate your parental rights and then sell your kids via adoption fees. This is common in North Carolina - whom embezzled approximately $25 million dollars from the federal government and cannot account for it. The fraudulent kidnapping of children and application for federal funding is escalating to make up for the 25 million that was previously unaccounted for.
