I been with your gym for two years now an referred about twenty four people that joined an I didn't have a problem into now, one of your female employee in altamonte springs fl 434 9-26 all in one night I was harassed, threaten, I felt discriminated an my character was insulted. Just to come back this morning to find out the same person that did all these things to me had canceled my membership. I finally talked to a manger about the issue an all she said to me that she wasn't there that night an she stand fully behind her employee, then I told her I was the one harassed so why I'm getting punish for it? An she told me to email the corporate office cause its out of her hand but when i did email them it was the wrong email address. From what I understand that planet fitness is a no judgment free zone an I felt judge last night an this morning. So now the twenty four people that I referred thats actively my work buddy have to switch gyms because one of your employee Dont know how to communicate with paying costumers. She canceled my membership for no reason, I came off respectable to her and she came off at me rude an loud cause she assumed that I was going to to long on a equipment that nobody was standing in line for.
