Today I went to cancel my membership after my year was up. I had been given a timeframe for cancelling so I wouldn't be charged anymore. When I got there, the employee told me I would be charged another $42 that was for guaranteeing my membership price for the NEXT year. I'm cancelling I don't think I should be billed for this fee. When I spoke with them before, I was not told about this fee. The employee didn't offer any help with this and I just feel unjustly charged for something I'm not even using. This $42 is equal to 2 months worth of membership. I would really appreciate a reimbursement of this fee.
