Do goverment workers not realise they too have to give a good service... I applied for my new I'd 6weeks ago at home affairs wynberg. Today I went to go collect it upon entering with my reciept the security tells me that the form I have is my application form... Stapled to my reciept I had to fill a new form in and go2 counter 13 and they needed to correct it. I went over and the lady tells me go take a number and wait in a long line again I explained to her that they had made a mistake and needed to correct it as I was told to take the forms they gave me home of which I had doubled checked by askin them twice if I am takin the right forms home because I did notice my photos stapled to the reciepts I had... She just laughed and served the next person ignoring me. I then asked to speak to the supervisor after which she ignored my requested and carried on. Next she points me to mrs coetzee (who I later found out is also a manager) who just simply told me you wrong go get a number and stand and wait and carried on ignoring me. The lady that was was at counter 13 then just signed out after a long wait a gentleman just helped me and told me to come again in six weeks. I seriously hate them.
