This is one of a few that were beyond dumb for a permit test. I missed one off so as you might tell im fucking pissed, but one question in particular made me livid. This question asks if its illegal to smoke (cigarettes) in a car with a minor. I answered no but it apparently is yes. Let me first start off with the fact that there are no laws in California for second hand smoking in general. Apparently you cant do this in a car? Second this law is newer and was made by an old Democrat senator in 2009 or on top of it all she died of cancer in 2010. Also how does this question have anything to do with a 16 year old driving? Tell me. #1 its illegal to smoke and #2 with a permit it is illegal to even be in a car with a minor!!! On top of being a dumb new nit picky law, its on a permit test. Good job California now I get to go through a 4 hour process to take one test because of stupid questions like this. Most likely no one with power to modify stuff like this will read this, but if ya do at least take this question off for new generation and sincerely fuck you
