Lakeview Cove Apartments are ScumLords! Do not rent from them. The raise the rent $100 a year, do not complete maintaince orders, Will threaten eviction for $10, and tow your car for a profit.
All the residents are unhappy with the management, they are unethical and uneducated. Their practices are Totally Unethical... SCUMLORDS!!! Is the only thing to sum it up.
Before renting at Lakeview Cove Apartements in North Lauderdale FL, please read all the reviews online, They are all TRUE.
Do not move in there no matter how despirate you are for a place to live, they are in the business of evicting residents. The place is about 50% occupied, they will rent to anyone and try to evict everyone.
This company should not be in business, or change their MANAGEMENT!!!
