Rental nightmare with Sun Cove Realty. House nothing like pictures sent to me. Home was supposed to have new carpet and bathroom floors. This place is filthy, there are holes in carpets, and fake wood floors are starting to buckle. Dishwasher flooded kitchen and no one did anything about getting the floors dried. I did the best I could with towels and a blowdrier but it needed way more than that, now the tiles are bending and sticking up. Best of all there are rats in the walls, we hear them scratch all night long. Sun Cove Realty, Inc. Wont do anything to fix this disaster.
