I got my 4-year old son to toysRus for his birthday. He was permitted to choose anything of his desire. We used 45 minute. Searching. Lastly he discovered what he desired. Star Wars product. He got the toy towards the table and we were rudely informed that people couldn't buy the doll. It wasn't available! We were informed it had been positioned on the ledge in error. The doll wasn't to become offered before 23rd of July. Our son became annoyed and so I recommended they spot his title about the doll then I'd return about the 23rd. Once more I obtained a rude response. The clear answer was NO! Aginst company plan to put on any doll. Our son quit the shop broken-hearted and that I was pissed. I named 1 800-toysrus and informed them what happened. The woman I spoke to guarded their activities. I will Visit Walmart or Goal for my presents from today on.
