Dilards punishes their workers when the economy is poor.individuals are not buying just as much and its own the workers that obtain paycuts due to a factor named revenue each hour. How are we designed to market if no body is eating? Possibly we supply our children or spend our lease, we cant do both employed by the corporation. I'd to stop my house due to dillards paycuts. That is embarrassing and harmful. And that I am one amongst lots who's struggling with this. Dismayed soon-to be-ex-worker.
