I moved into this house in early February and signed up to the Sunday &Tuesday delivery. I lost count of how many times I have had to call about missed deliveries but I'm guessing between 7-10. Every time I call either main customer service number I am on hold for 20-30 minutes or I get a fast busy signal repeatedly! Must be getting a lot of complaints! Yesterday I actually got a Customer Service Representative immediately which is great but she only showed 2 previous calls regarding my missed deliveries! To add insult to injury she said that in order to escalate my call I would have to have 3 documented missed deliveries in a 30 day period. I'm so sick of having to call them to provide the service I pay them for. It's no wonder they are going out of business! Total incompetence and lack of respect for their customers!
