On Dec. 5 I bought a journal subscription through Amazon.com.By March 8, I still haven't gotten a journal. I approached Amazon plus they explained to get hold of the writer. I've completed that, many times simply to uncover that Amazon didn't finish the deal using the journal writer. They never settled the membership. Amazon got my cash, billed on my card on Dec. 5, but never settled it towards the journal. I've approached Amazonis "customer support" several, many occasions and that Iam usually informed the same: "it isn't our issue". It's their issue simply because they required the cash and did not do other things.
Amazon does not have "customer support" they've "client avoidance". When they would like to get gone spending customers-they are carrying out a great work of it.
