Sending me magazines claim I ordered

Received their magazine with a bill claiming I owed them $10.00 for 11 issues Now or 22 issues for $20 because they stated I entered their Country Living Lake House Getaway Sweep house!
I would NEVER be dumb enough to enter any sweepstakes that would cost me money... Plus I don't have time time for magazines!
Bottom line I am NOT paying for something I didn't order!
