Billed for magazines I never ordered, tied to sweepstakes claim

Received their magazine with a bill claiming I owed them $10.00 for 11 issues now, or 22 issues for $20, because they stated I entered their Country Living Lake House Getaway Sweep house!
I would never be dumb enough to enter any sweepstakes that would cost me money... Plus I don't have time for magazines!
Bottom line: I am not paying for something I didn't order!
