Cancellation
My front desk person mistakenly ordered magazines over the phone from this company. We do not want them so I just threw away the bill thinking if I did not pay they wouldn't continue to bill me. About 2 months later I received a call from Cascade requesting payment. I told them I did not want the subscriptions and that the front desk person was not authorized to place an order. The nice gentleman I spoke with cancelled the order and gave me a confirmation number. I have not received any bills since then.
