I've been a Metro PC customer since April well and I bought my first phone then a year later I decided to buy a better one and I get charged a $10.00 upgrade fee that's totally insane and to me that is a rip off, there is no need for that, the problem is that this company is too greedy. I'm not very happy and that should be totally illegal and if you don't get rid of that upgrade fee policy you will loose a lot of customers including me better get with the program
