By far the worst cell phone provider (compared to AT&T, Verizon, and MetroPCS). No service for 3 days now along with no electricity leaves me helpless (as I live alone) in the event of an emergency. Completely unacceptable to claim a hurricaine caused this since no other major carrier has issues in my area (Philadelphia). Very tempted to break my contract as I feel Sprint has already failed to hold up their end of providing service. I just cannot afford to fight the Early Termination fees that would unjustly be sought.
