I hope someone finds this message today me and my husband had a bad experience in the store 3460 west walnut. I had paid my phones in the morning and my husband repayed them and when we went to the store where he bought a phone and made the payment, a chubby girl gave rude responses to the questions that my husband asked her. We asked her if she knew that in the computer appeared that I had already paid the payment and she answered now. Then my husband asked if she could refund the money and she answered no. Then the situation turned really tense because the girl was really mad, the police had to come and she told them that my husband yelled at her but in reality i think that what happened was that the girl needs a little of humility because i think that in a business such as yours the first thing that you need is that because we all want to be in a place were we can be welcomed. You require to have staff with perhaps more experience because i think the way you are right now you are going to loose alot of costumers. I think that you need to check your cameras so you can make sure how good the staff is working. So that you guys can know how things are going and dont just base your facts on what they are telling you.in reality i would never return back to that store. I feel sorry for you and your business

The girls also closed 15 minutes earlier before 8 if you check you will notice that there was cliants trying to come in and they were closed
